1. Refund Policy & Turnaround Time

• Refund requests are generally not accepted. However, in special circumstances and upon insistence by the customer, refunds may be considered.
• Processing time for refunds: 7 working days.
• Credit time to bank account: 7–10 working days post-approval.

2. OTP Policy and Refunds

• To ensure that applications are initiated by the rightful Aadhaar holder, we verify identity through an OTP sent to the mobile number registered with UIDAI.
• Orders are processed only after successful OTP verification.
• If the applicant is unable or unwilling to share OTP, the certificate cannot be processed and no refund will be issued.
• An explicit acknowledgement is taken from the applicant before submission of any application.

3. Update on Terms of Service (Udyog Aadhaar to Udyam Registration)

• As of July 1, 2020, the Government of India replaced the Udyog Aadhaar system with Udyam Registration.
• In cases where Udyog Aadhaar cannot be issued due to regulatory changes, the customer consents to receiving Udyam Registration Certificate instead.
• Additional documentation, consultation fees, and details may be required to complete the updated registration process.
• If the customer refuses to provide required documents or consultation fees, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

4. Use of Cookies
